1. CHOCOLATE PROTEIN CAKE FROM CHOCOLATE SAUCE

    GUYS GUYS GUYS. I MADE A CAKE OUT OF THIS.

    GAME-CHANGER.

    So I cut the honey down to 4tbsp honey, and mixed everything up, but was kinda bored with just the spread, cause like.. wtf am I gonna do with a bunch of chocolate goop?

    THEN I DEDCIDED TO ADD A SCOOP OF VANILLA PROTEIN POWDER. (metRX- so good. And great for baking!)
    THEN I ADDED A WHOLE EGG

    THEN I ADDED ALMOND MILK TILL IT WAS THE CONSISTANCY OF CAKE BATTER.

    THEN I ADDED SOME BAKING SODA.

    popped it in the microwave for about 2-3 minutes (But stopped every 30 seconds so it wouldn’t overflow/ let it settle it’s ass back down in the cup)

    Then when it was cooked I mixed some honey with almond butter and chucked that on top as the ‘frosting’

    OH MY GAWD IT IS GREAT.


    EDIT: I suggest cutting down on the honey to save calories, and i also suggest not eating the whole thing because its SUPER filling. Seriously. Like half would be enough. Unless you’re dumb like me and eat the whole thing at once since it’s your only dinner…
